The Moonshine Cafe hosted Oakville Improv Theatre Company‘s monthly comedy jam for 10 plus years (and provided workshop space when we needed it!). Big fans of both, Jan (Munroe) and Doug Carnall are offering to help us out.Tuesday November 10th, ONLY: For every food order purchased at the Moonshine Cafe in the name of Oakville Improv, Jan and Doug will give $5 to OITC and for every beverage $2 to split between MC and OI. There is only one BBQ, so call John Marlatt early 4-11pm. See the menu on their website. 7:30pm is the start of The Moonshine’s Open Mic and 8pm for the start of OI’s LIVE! and Unmuted. You can go to either! It’s all good! They both have ongoing shows. John’s looked after his community for a long time, and together we can keep them going.
