Your Morning Ground: Get Breathing and Stretching with Catherine Henry

Get the day started with a a nice gentle, 45 minute yoga stretch and breathing exercises.  See how a little stretch and controlled breath can go a long way to helping you stay focused, get present and get grounded for the day ahead. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class is for all levels. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to move your body. 

Grab a yoga mat and find a nice comfortable space to move around and be ready to “yes and” this practice.
