RELEASE OF CLAIM: By registering your student in the kids workshop with Oakville Improv Theatre Company, you are releasing Oakville Improv from any and all claims of personal injury or property damage to yourself or student while participating in said workshop or any other consequential claims relating to any personal injury or damage in relation to the workshop.
PHOTO RELEASE: By registering with Oakville Improv Theatre Company you are allowing your student’s image to be potentially used in promotional, grant or website material without compensation. If there is concern to opt out of photo material, please send a request in writing to Oakville Improv Theatre Company prior to course start date.
